The Nutrition Addition Menu Manager component was the most-viewed feature on the Vanderbilt Campus Dining website.
With ever-changing menus and menu rotation schedules, the Menu Manager was programmed three times a year: once before the Spring and Fall semesters and once at the beginning of the summer. This did away with the days of building menus each week. The only time menus were altered was for special events that preempted a regularly scheduled menu.
Vanderbilt Campus Dining also made use of the Menu Manager’s dietary icons, marking foods as vegetarian, vegan, organic, gluten free, kosher, halal, etc.
